decent stay overall

the room had a good size. i found the location really advantageous, especially as i was on my own. the room was clean, and i appreciated the presence of a fan since it was really hot outside.
We followed the directions on the website to a nearby car park. Unfortunately that one was closed. reception gave me a reminder of the film 'the shining'.

the location was really central. it was easy to get around from there. the room had a nice balcony.
the room itself was quite dated. i could feel the springs in the mattress. made sleeping pretty uncomfortable.

the hotel provided a spacious room and i appreciated that. the room had a functional fan which was useful during a particularly warm spell. the location was really convenient for exploring the area as a solo traveller.
i noticed a slight musty smell upon entering the room it was a very minor issue though.

the hotel is near local shops and restaurants it made getting around easy. i found the proximity to public transportation very beneficial. the area surrounding the hotel felt safe to walk around in during the day and night.

The location was fine as it was pretty central. I reckon it's acceptable given the price point.
The room smelled stale, like someone tried to mask the odor with cheap air freshener. the plumbing. It sounded like a herd of elephants were tap dancing in the pipes.
